Política de reembolso
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order enters the preparation stage for delivery, cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible. Please note that a 5% bank processing and handling fee will be applied for any cancellations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, simply take a photo or video of the issue and email it to us at petzini.store@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement order or provide store credit for future use. While we ensure product quality is checked before shipping, please note that we cannot process exchanges or refunds for items that do not meet expectations unless they are defective.
Requirements for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to petzini.store@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue or defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original labels.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure you discuss the return with us before sending any items back.
Returns
For returns, we recommend using registered mail with online delivery tracking. If the return cannot be tracked during transit, we cannot guarantee safe receipt.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs in the following cases:
- Incorrect order: If you ordered the wrong product or size, you will need to cover the shipping fees for both returning the item and sending the replacement.
- Unwanted item: If you no longer want the product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to initiate a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 week.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A 5% bank processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for each item being refunded.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, earrings, and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods
- Final sale items
Additionally, custom-made and personalized products, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.
Order Delays
If you have not received your package within 60 days of it being shipped, please contact us at petzini.store@gmail.com. We will either send you a replacement package or issue a full refund.
